F. Generated visual overview component

Another type of automatically generated component shows (tracks) how a particular measured value changes over time. It is illustrated in Figure 7, for the same example as the form in Figure 6. This type of component is generated based on the generated forms – each form can have a corresponding measured values tracking component. After a form is generated, a power user can specify which numeric fields (measured values) from the form should be displayed in the corresponding measured values tracking component. Each tracked measured value appears on the top of the generated component with a name label and a check-box. At run-time, an end user can choose which measured values are displayed on the graph in the measured values tracking component. This plotted graph shows changes of the measured values over time. Ranges are represented with horizontal lines. For example, Figure 7 displays body temperature values from several measurements and the horizontal line is the temperature of 37 degrees Celsius.
