Laboratory of Medical Informatics is a research and teaching laboratory that focuses on the application of information and communication technologies in healthcare. In addition to support teaching of Medical Informatics at the master and doctoral studies the laboratory has implemented, or currently implementing a number of projects. Medical information system MEDIS.NET, implemented in the Laboratory, has received the Certificate of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia for use in primary health care facilities and is used by 25 medical institutions.
