The purpose of the generator tool is to enable automatic generation of some parts of MIS modules (some classes and forms) from information in the specified database. Before the generation process starts, the user can choose the programming language for the generated .NET project, among the programming languages supported by the Microsoft’s CodeDom library. The gen-erator tool connects to the database using an OLE DB provider, examines and verifies its structure, and then generates all requested elements. Generator tool’s customization screen is shown on the Figure 4.
